Tyrone Buttigieg To Defend Commonwealth Title In Marbella Next Month

Tyrone ‘el Bombero’ Buttigieg will be defending his Commonwealth title at a fight to be held at the Hard Rock Hotel in Marbella on the 7th November.

Tyrone’s opponent will be Hassan Ndonga who has a record of 14 wins, 4 losses and 1 draw.

Tyrone, speaking to YGTV, said: “He is strong with 7KOs, and he’s also the former national champion of Tanzania in the same weight category as this fight is happening in.

“I'm expecting a tough challenge…it was a very hard fight when I won this title in March, and I hope to defend it in much better fashion than when I won it.”

The event is a black tie gala networking event. The promoter is Antony Neilson, a British promoter who is now settled in La Costa del Sol.
