RGP Inspector Sean Perera, Head of INTERPOL Sub Bureau Gibraltar, and GDPC Karl Walsh, INTERPOL Contact Officer, represented Gibraltar in Lyon, France, at the 1^st Global Contact Officers Meeting.

The main objective of the meeting is to facilitate and enhance global cooperation between contact officers in all INTERPOL member countries.

The RGP says that Gibraltar’s participation in this meeting offers an “excellent opportunity to receive updates on latest developments, services, initiatives, projects and policing capabilities provided by the INTERPOL General Secretariat.”
