Police Officer To Appear In Court Tomorrow Charged With Sexual Offences

A Royal Gibraltar Police officer is due to appear before the Magistrates’ Court tomorrow morning (Friday 8 November).
Police Sergeant Elliot Brooke, 32, is charged with two counts of Sexual Assault, one count of Attempted Rape and one count of Misconduct in Public Office.
The charges relate to incidents reported to have taken place in August this year when the officer was on duty.
PS Brooke was initially arrested and bailed on the 29 August 2024.
He has remained suspended from duty since the initial arrest.
