Man Remanded at HM Prison

A local man has been remanded in custody this morning following an investigation by detectives from the Royal Gibraltar Police’s Domestic Abuse Team.
James Lee-Dalrymple, 46, of Scud Hill, was arrested at around 8pm last night (February 14).
At New Mole House Police Station, detectives then charged him with False Imprisonment, Common Assault, Controlling or Coercive Behaviour and Intimidation of a Witness.
Lee-Dalrymple was kept at NMH overnight and appeared before a special sitting at the Magistrates’ Court this morning.
Due to the seriousness of the alleged offences, he has been remanded in custody at HM Prison Windmill Hill pending his next appearance at Magistrates’ Court next Tuesday the 18th of February.
