Three Men Arrested in Separate Incidents on Suspicion of Causing Grievous Bodily Harm

A 20 year old local man has been arrested on suspicion of causing Grievous Bodily Harm (GBH).
The arrest came about after officers patrolling in the early hours of Saturday morning (1st November) responded to a report of an assault in the area of Reclamation Road.
The male victim was approached and assaulted by way of multiple punches requiring treatment at St Bernard’s Hospital. He was discharged following treatment.
Officers who responded to the report identified and arrested the suspect in the area of Fish Market Road.
The investigation is ongoing.
In a separate incident, two men aged 30 and 33 were arrested on suspicion of Causing Grievous Bodily Harm.
Their arrests followed an incident that took place in the area of Waterport Road in the early hours of Monday 27th October 2025, after the 2 suspects followed and approached the victim, and then proceeded to assault him. The victim sustained injuries to his face and hand for which he received treatment at St Bernard’s Hospital and was later discharged, and the two suspects were arrested by Response Team officers.
The investigation continues.
