Apr 02 - Europa Shooting Incident Update - Galia Charged for Fraud by False Representation

With regards to the recent shooting incident at Europa Point, 38-year-old Mark Galia has been arrested by the RGP on suspicion of Fraud by False Representation, and attempting to pervert the course of public justice.
Mr. Galia of 9 Sea Daffodil House Waterport Terraces has been charged with three counts of Fraud by False Representation and one count of Doing an Act tending and intending to pervert the course of public justice. He will appear before the court tomorrow morning at 10am.
The RGP has confirmed that they are not looking for any other persons in connection with the shooting incident. Those currently on bail in connection with the incident will be released in due course.
