Mar 11 - Violent Upper Town Attack Leaves Two Injured

Two local men were this morning charged in the Magistrate’s Court, with Wounding with Intent, Violent Disorder, Criminal Damage and Carrying an Offensive Weapon, following an incident in the Upper Town early Sunday morning.
Francis Lima, aged 23 and Dennis Hurtado, aged 20 assaulted one victim with sticks, and then caused damage to a further victim's car. Although no serious injuries were recorded, the victim did require medical attention in Hospital.
