Mar 13 - German National Granted Bail Following Assault Charges
In early February German national Hans Con pleaded not guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm following an incident in which he allegedly assaulted a woman.
Standing before the Supreme Court this morning, following a 3-month period in custody, Mr. Hans was granted bail by Puisne Judge Barrington Black. The charges were changed from Grievous Bodily Harm to actual bodily harm in Mr. Con’s previous court appearance.
