Bluefin Tuna Ronqueo Experience Arrives At Udaya Beach Club

Food lovers are in for a unique evening this summer as Udaya Beach Club prepares to host its Bluefin Tuna Ronqueo Experience on Thursday 30th July.

Taking place on the shores of Eastern Beach, the event will bring the centuries-old art of Ronqueo to Gibraltar, where guests will witness a master Ronqueador from Barbate expertly carve a whole Bluefin Tuna live before an evening of exceptional food, wine and entertainment.

The experience has been carefully curated to showcase every part of the Bluefin Tuna through an eight-course tasting menu, paired with four wines selected to complement each stage of the evening.

Guests can look forward to a menu featuring tuna tartare, carpaccio, chicharrones, grilled cuts, tuna ribs, San Jacobo, bao buns and other specialities prepared using different cuts of the fish.

Alongside the dining experience, live DJs will provide entertainment throughout the evening, creating the relaxed beachfront atmosphere Udaya Beach Club has become known for.

For those wishing to continue the experience at home, premium cuts of Bluefin Tuna will also be available to purchase on the night.
