National Day Fireworks And Drone Display

National Day will feature a fireworks and drone display on Thursday 10th September at 10pm. The display will feature 500 synchronised drones and fireworks from the Detached Mole and will broadcast live on GBC.

The Self Determination for Gibraltar Group (SDGG), in collaboration with Gibraltar Cultural Services,  is delighted to announce that this year’s National Day Celebrations will feature a spectacular  Fireworks and Drones Display on Thursday 10th September, offering an exciting experience  designed to appeal to the whole community. 

With 500 synchronised drones provided by Flock Drone Art, this year’s display will be even bigger  than last year’s with exciting new images illuminating the Gibraltar sky.  

The display will begin at 10PM, with the fireworks and drones being launched from the Detached  Mole, providing excellent viewing opportunities across the Bay of Gibraltar.  

Sir Peter Isola Promenade will offer the opportunity to enjoy the display together with accompanying  music. 

The display will also be televised live on GBC. 

Important Information & Restrictions 

• Peter Isola Promenade will be pedestrian-only from 8:00pm until midnight. 

• No parking along Peter Isola Promenade from 6:00pm onwards.
