Oct 19 - Gibraltar Christmas Market
The Gibraltar Artisans Market committee in conjunction with Gibraltar Cultural Services will be holding a Christmas Market at the Boulevard by the British War Memorial, Line Wall Road between Friday 24th November and Saturday 23rd December.
The inauguration of the Gibraltar Christmas Market will coincide with the Festival of the Lights to be held at the John Mackintosh Square on Friday 24th November.
This will be the first Gibraltar Christmas Market organised by the GAM committee and its members, and will operate between 12noon and 8pm every Wednesday and Thursday and 10am to 10pm every Friday and Saturday.
There will be huts selling festive items as well as other items made by the artisans themselves, mulled wine and mince pies will also be on sale, as well as other festive and local foods. The GAM committee says they are sure there will be something special for everyone and looks forward to welcoming locals and visitors alike.
A programme of events will be issued shortly, which will include festive entertainment for all ages.
