Nov 07 - Gibraltar International Jazz Festival - ‘One Night Only....The Jazz Club’
As part of this year’s Gibraltar International Jazz Festival 2017 weekend events, the Ministry of Culture is organising a ‘One Night Only...The Jazz Club’ at a completely new venue: The Ragged Staff Magazine.
This coming Saturday will see a night hosted by local Jazz musicians featuring Paul Riley Big Band, Surianne feat. Peter Montegriffo (on guitar), Saxomania and the popular Jazz Club House Band plus many more local musicians.
The event starts at 20.00 and is free entry. The idea is to promote local jazz.
The venue will be transformed into a Jazz Club feel, though it will be used for many other events.
The Ministry says it is very pleased with the response it has received from the general public for this year’s Jazz Festival events.
The finale concert at St Michael’s Cave featuring Al Di Meola and Matt Bianco Meets New Cool Collective Band is selling out fast.
Tickets are only sold online on http://www.buytickets.gi
The Ministry is reminding the general public that those wishing to take part in the Jazz Workshops should contact [email protected] to subscribe.
