Jul 06 - AmCham Gibraltar Announces US Trade Mission To The Rock
The Gibraltar-American Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its third Trade Mission to Gibraltar from the US on July 9t h -11t h at The Sunborn Hotel.
The Trade Mission aims to promote business relations between American and local businesses. AmCham Gibraltar says it strives to provide opportunities for local and American businesses to work with each other and to introduce the local business community to American personages of strategic entrepreneurial and political dimensions.
More than 30 American and International companies, three American Chambers of Commerce, two senior US Congressmen and two American Universities will be participating to explore and expand opportunities in Gibraltar.
On Monday the 10t h of July, the Chief Minister, Fabian Picardo, will welcome the mission with an address. There will also be a series of business briefings by local speakers to the visiting companies demonstrating the fiscal, legal and economic incentives to the US companies, in order to promote partnering with Gibraltar-based companies. The commercial matchmaking services will include opportunities for the American delegates to make contact with the Government of Gibraltar.
AmCham Members will be invited to the Official Inauguration Luncheon. During the afternoon session, AmCham members will have the exclusive opportunity to attend private meetings with the visiting companies to explore business possibilities.
