Jun 21 - Gibraltar Dance Team To Compete At Dance World Cup
The Gibraltar National Dance Team is to compete at the Dance World Cup in Barcelona between the 22nd June and 30th June 2018.
The dancers selected all qualified from the Gibraltar International Dance Festival and the team is being led this year by Lilian Montero as Team Captain.
The official choreographers are Lilian Montero, Tracy Hook, Sabrina Abudharam and Lauren Montero.
The performers are from three local performing schools: Stylos Dance Studios, GAMPA and the Show Dance Company.
The Team will be competing against dancers from 54 countries and 5 continents and Gibraltar will be represented in the Mini Kids, Children, Junior and Adult categories.

A spokesperson for the National Dance Team said: "Our Organisation is extremely grateful to all entities that have supported our participation at the international Dance World Cup. Mainly the Ministry of Culture, via the Cultural Grants Committee, and all the other local establishments that have come on board to support our trip."
