Apr 12 - Beatrice Garcia To Hold Exhibition At GEMA Later This Month
12 April 2019
Local Artist Beatrice Garcia will be holding an exhibition at GEMA on Gibraltar's different cityscapes.
The exhibition will be open to the public on Thursday 25th April and Friday 26th April 2019.
Beatrice’s latest work comprises of 15 images exploring depth and perspective in different cityscapes around Gibraltar, as inspired by a concept seen on Bob Ross’ 80s TV Show.
These works form part of her decay series exploring the marriage between old military structures and the more modern structures around Gibraltar. The exhibition is an expression of "the transitory and fast moving world in which we live".
