Covid-19 Advice to Passengers Arriving by Air or by Sea

The RGP is reminding travellers that it will still be necessary to submit Passenger Locator Forms between now and the 18th March.
A statement continued:
“On Friday 4 March, HM Government of Gibraltar set out its further Exit Strategy plan for a phased reduction of the existing restrictions in relation to COVID-19.
“The Exit Strategy made it clear that, from Friday 18th March, testing will no longer be required for those entering Gibraltar via Gibraltar International Airport or via the Gibraltar Port.
“Also, with effect from Friday 18th March, travellers landing at Gibraltar International Airport will no longer be required to submit a Passenger Locator Form.
“However, it is important to stress that, between now and the 18th March, it will still be necessary for Passenger Locator Forms to be submitted by everyone entering Gibraltar via Gibraltar International Airport. Furthermore, it will still be necessary for these passengers to have a COVID test on the day of their arrival. Failure to do so may result in a £300 Fixed Penalty Notice for each untested passenger.
“Since 1 December of last year, 31 of these Fixed Penalty Notices have been issued to passengers who failed to take a test.
