Temporary Arrangement For Upper Town Residents At Arengo's Carpark

The Ministry of Transport and Gibraltar Car Parks Limited are inviting residents in the Upper Town to apply for a temporary parking pass for Arengo's Car park.
A statement from the Government follows below:
With the continuation of essential works in the area of the Upper Town which has resulted in the reduction of available street parking for residents of the area, the free parking currently in Arengo's car park, currently open, will for the time being be exclusive for use by those residing in the Upper Town area.
Residents in the area can apply for a temporary pass by attending Gibraltar Car Parks offices at Madison Building, Midtown and should ensure a proof of address is presented when applying (utility bill, tenant agreement etc) and proof of ID.
Passes will be limited to one per household and those who already have a parking space in the area will not be eligible. Those in rental arrears will also not be eligible.
As from Tuesday 22nd April, any vehicles in the first four floors of Arengo's car park without this temporary pass will towed away.
