GibSams To Host Third Annual Wellbeing At Work Conference

GibSams will be hosting its third annual Wellbeing at Work Conference on Thursday at the Sunborn.
A statement from GibSams follows below:
GibSams, a leading mental health charity in Gibraltar, is proud to announce the return of its highly anticipated Wellbeing at Work Conference on Thursday, May 8th, aboard the Sunborn in Gibraltar.
Building on the success of last year's event, this year's conference promises to deliver even more valuable insights and practical strategies for fostering mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
The theme of this year's conference, "Citizens," from our Keynote speaker Jon Alexander. Jon’s work speaks directly to a growing need in business and society. His message is clear. Stop doing things to people or for people, and start doing things with people. When we treat individuals as ‘citizens’ who are capable, creative and ready to contribute, we begin to unlock solutions that were never possible in a top-down culture.
"At GibSams, we are committed to promoting mental health awareness and providing support to individuals in need," says Brenda Cuby, CEO of GibSams. "Our Wellbeing at Work Conference is a platform for businesses and professionals to come together, share best practices, and explore innovative solutions for creating mentally healthy workplaces."
The conference will feature a lineup of esteemed speakers and industry experts, including our keynote, Jon Alexander. Attendees can look forward to an engaging keynote presentation, insightful breakout sessions, and a dynamic panel discussion, all aimed at empowering organisations to prioritise employee mental health and wellbeing.
This year GibSams will be recognising those companies who have submitted an application for the Wellbeing at Work Awards and announcing the winners of the award categories.
