Hewitt And Galliano Attend Modus International Super Series Pairs Event
09 May 2025

Justin Hewitt and Craig Galliano recently attended the Modus International Super Series Pairs event.
A statement from the GDA follows below:
Justin Hewitt and Craig Galliano put in a brilliant shift on Thursday at the Modus International Super Series Pairs event, showing real grit, class, and firepower on the oche.
The Gibraltar duo were in fine form throughout the day, landing several 180s and 177s, including a stunning six perfect darts — a 180 followed by a 177 — during a leg against Belgium that had fans and commentators taking notice. Their confidence and consistency were matched by sharp finishing, with a handful of 100+ checkouts, including a cool bullseye to wrap up one of the legs.
What makes their performance even more impressive is the level of competition they were up against. They’ve been playing against some of the biggest names in darts — including a World Darts Federation World Champion — and more than held their own.
By the end of the day, Gibraltar sat in 3rd place in the table, giving them a real chance going into tomorrow’s matches. All six teams will play each other again on Friday afternoon, with the top two going through to the final on Saturday night.
Whatever happens from here, Hewitt and Galliano have once again made Gibraltar proud. They’ve shown heart, talent, and that they absolutely belong on this stage.
Thursday’s Results:
• Gibraltar 4 – Poland 1
• Northern Ireland 4 – Gibraltar 3
• England 4 – Gibraltar 2
• Belgium 4 – Gibraltar 3
• Gibraltar 4 – France 1
