The Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (the “GRA”) has been informed by CTS (Gibraltar) Limited (“CTS”) that, further to Direction Notice A02/2013 (the “Direction”) issued on the 5^th February 2013, they would be publishing a notification to its customers saying that the company is “working tirelessly to resolve the present situation positively but are obliged by the GRA to advise… that if our efforts are not successful operations will cease on Friday 8^th February at 18:00 hours”.

The GRA wants to make clear that the Direction instructs CTS to, among other things, “…inform all clients/customers that the Operations will cease by close of business Friday 8^th February 2013…”. This instruction to CTS to inform customers of the end of operations is not qualified by other matters.

CTS customers are therefore advised to contact alternative, authorised operators as soon as possible to limit any disruption to their telecommunications services.
