The Government have issued a Weather Advisory for Gale Force Winds as from Wednesday 4th February 1:00am to Thursday 5th February 7:00pm.

A low pressure to the north tracks westwards through Wednesday and Thursday, bringing southwesterly gales to Gibraltar. Throughout, there are forecast mean wind speeds of 30 KT (55 KM/h) with frequent storm-force gusts of 45-50 KT (83-93 KM/h). With similar wind speeds to Storm Kirsten last week, damage to property is expected and travel may become very difficult.

These winds will be coupled with intense rainfall.
