Number Six has said that neither the Government nor the Chief Minister will be making any further comment at this stage in relation to the Judicial Review proceedings issued by Mr Picardo.

A statement continued: “The Leader of the Opposition, as a lawyer, knows that the matters raised in the claim for Judicial Review are now sub-judice and he should respect that fact. He seems to be very nervous at the possibility that the criticisms he has relished relying on might be called into question by the Chief Minister’s claim.”
