Chief Engineer & Technology Officer – Full Time

GBC seeks an experienced Chief Engineer & Technology Officer to lead the Engineering & Technology Department across TV, radio and digital platforms. The role is responsible for the operation, maintenance and development of broadcast, transmission and IT systems, supporting live and outside broadcasts, and driving innovation and digital transformation across the Corporation.

Requirements: Degree/HND in Broadcast Engineering, Technology or related field, proven management experience in broadcasting or media technology, strong technical and strategic capability, experience with digital and IP-based systems, excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
