Promoting Active Ageing and Connection
Wellderly Week reflects GibSilver’s wider mission: to reduce loneliness, promote emotional wellbeing, and create meaningful opportunities for connection among older adults in Gibraltar.
This week serves as a visible reminder that staying socially connected plays a vital role in mental health, confidence and overall wellbeing.
The initiative has been made possible thanks to the generosity and collaboration of local partners including Pizza Express Ocean Village, Tai Chi Chen Style Gibraltar, Supability, Manchester United Supporters Club Gibraltar Branch and The Bake and Take — demonstrating once again the strength and unity of Gibraltar’s community spirit.
How to Book
All events are free, but booking is essential.
