The Gibraltar Horticultural Society recently held their ‘In Nature’ art and photography competition.

The Gibraltar Horticultural Society was delighted to host the prize-giving ceremony for its In Nature Art & Photography Competition, celebrating the beauty of nature through photography and artistic expression. The competition attracted entries from participants of all ages, showcasing remarkable creativity, observation, and appreciation of the natural world.

The Gibraltar Horticultural Society would like to congratulate all winners, highly commended entrants, and participants for their outstanding contributions. The standard of entries was exceptionally high, making the judges’ task a difficult one.

A special thank you is extended to our judges for generously giving their time and expertise:

We would also like to extend a special thank you to the Growing Artist Hub for their help and advice, whose support, guidance, and encouragement contributed greatly to the success of the competition.

Through competitions such as In Nature, the Gibraltar Horticultural Society aims to encourage people of all ages to connect with nature, observe the world around them, and express their appreciation of Gibraltar’s unique environment through art and photography.

The exhibition featuring the winning and selected entries will remain on display at the Growing Artist Hub until 19th June, and members of the public are warmly invited to visit. The exhibition is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing an opportunity to enjoy the wonderful artwork and photography inspired by Gibraltar’s natural environment and the creativity of our community.

We thank everyone who took part and look forward to welcoming even more entries next year.
