Final Push In "7km For 70 Days" Challenge In Aid Of Calpe House

The ‘7km per Day for 70 Days’ fundraising challenge will conclude this Sunday with a community run at Campion Park. The campaign has raised over £6000 for Calpe House so far, with organisers aiming to reach £7000.

The "7km per Day for 70 Days" fundraising challenge is reaching its finish line, and the organisers are inviting the entire community to join the final celebratory run this Sunday 28th June 2026 at Campion Park.
Originally aiming to raise £4,000 for Calpe House, the campaign has already raised over £6,000. The team is now making a final push to reach a new milestone of £7,000.
The final event will take place this Sunday at 9:00 AM, starting and finishing at Campion Park. Following the run, a special awards ceremony will be held whereby Calpe House Patron, The Hon Minister Sir Joe Bossano KCMG and Calpe House Executive Chairman, Albert Poggio OBE GMH will be presenting a limited edition, specially designed coin which has been donated by Tower Mint, as a mark of appreciation to all those who have supported this cause. There will also be live music by Mark Muscat during the event.
"One final push, one final run. Let's make it 7 for 70 and £7,000 for Calpe House," say the organisers.
