Aug 20 - Frontier Queue Complaints Desk Opens This Week
This Thursday, individuals caught in frontier queues will be able to voice their concerns through a new complaints procedure. All information received through this new scheme will allow the Gibraltar Government to provide more accurate statistics to the European Commission and, if necessary, to prepare a court case. The procedure is open to people of any nationality who have suffered from the delays. Individuals must provide their name, address, nationality and passport or ID number when filing complaints.
Frontier queue sufferers are encouraged to send details to [email protected]. Individuals can also visit a complaints help desk in the Gibraltar International Airport. The desk will be open from 8:30am – 2pm from Monday to Friday during summer hours and, during winter hours it will be open 9:00am to 1:00pm and 2:30pm – 5:00pm. The desk can be contacted in 20011777.
Forms will also be available from the Government website. These must be filled in and sent to the Complaints Help Desk at the Gibraltar International Airport.
