Aug 27 - Catholic Social Club Hosts Care Agency Disability Service Users Lunch

At the kind invitation of Mr Scaniglia-Jones, President of St Bernard’s Catholic Social Club, a total of approximately 26 service users from St Bernadette’s Resource Centre and Dr Giraldi Home and accompanying staff were invited to a luncheon at the Club’s premises at the Catholic Community Centre today in order to celebrate fair week.
Minister for Equality, Social Services & the Elderly, Samantha Sacramento thanked the club for this kind gesture and noted how the community is reaching out to the Care Agency Services in Gibraltar whether it is by donations or by hosting social events.
‘The service users and staff have thoroughly enjoyed the event and I would like to thank the St Bernard’s Club for hosting it,’ said Minister Sacramento.
