Sep 06 - Mayor To Visit Emergency And Essential Services On National Day
06 September 2013
The Mayor Anthony Lima will be paying a short courtesy call on those members of the essential/emergency services who will be on duty on National Day.
The purpose of his visit is to publicly record his appreciation to them for what they do.
His Worship is confident that the whole of Gibraltar will wish to join him in thanking this group of men and women who on this day ensure that we can enjoy our National day in the knowledge that there are others looking after our safety and wellbeing.
He would also like to spare a thought for many others who are also vital for the smooth running of this wonderful day which we all look forward to so much.
