Oct 30 - Laguna Youth Club Halloween Community Event 2013
Young people from Laguna Youth Club are currently busy decorating the youth club to make the Halloween Community Event 2013 as popular as last year’s event. There are plenty of opportunities for young people to develop their personal skills by their involvement in the preparation and running of the event. Examples of these skills are cooking and art and crafts.
Laguna Youth Club will be open to families on the evening of Thursday 31st October from 6:30pm onwards. We are asking everybody to dress up and join in the fun in a safe environment. The Royal Gibraltar Police from the North District Community Team will be present and music will be provided by DJ Jona, one of the youth workers at the club. There will be competitions and activities for young people to enjoy.
Mark Zammit, the full time youth and community worker responsible for Laguna Youth Club, would like to thank Lisa Olivera, Sandra Shipley, Lianne Azzopardi, Jonathan Fortunato and the Royal Gibraltar Police for their continuous support in working positively for young people in Laguna Youth Club.
