Jul 08 - Pecino Condemns MOD “Provocation”
08 July 2014
The Ex M.O.D. Convenor and now Chairman of the Private Sector of Unite, Juan Pecino, has condemned what he describes as the “humiliation and provocation” by the Ministry of Defence towards the union and its members.
Mr Pecino calls on all sectors of Unite to take “direct action” saying that the union cannot tolerate its members being “once again under the jackboot as was the case 40 years ago.”
Mr Pecino has offered Mr. Christian Duo, the official representative of the union in the MOD dispute, his “full support for action to end these abuses that are against democracy and freedom.”
