Yesterday evening, the construction company Casais held its traditional ‘Topping Out’ ceremony to mark the structural completion of the last block of the Government’s affordable housing at the Mons Calpe estate. The ceremony marks the end of external structural work for this project.  

The Chief Minister, the Minister for Housing, Managing Director of LPS (John Collado), the Chief Technical Officer (Hector Montado) and the Principal Housing Officer (Geraldine Reading) were all invited to attend together with Jorge Leiria from Casais.
