The 2015 Museum Lecture Series commences next Tuesday 14th April. This year, the Gibraltar Museum celebrates its 85th Anniversary. This year’s programme is part of a series of activities that will be announced during the course of the year and will draw on a variety of speakers who will talk on different aspects of Gibraltar’s rich history, natural history, culture and heritage.
A third cyclist has joined up with a teacher and a prison officer who are set to cycle over 2,000km from London to Gibraltar this summer to raise money for charity.
Marina Bay at Ocean Village has a month-long wait while Gibraltar’s Development and Planning Commission makes a decision on its proposed superyacht berths and short-stay and rental apartments. Ocean Village representatives say that, if approved, the dream of long-term berthing in a tax-efficient environment will become reality.
