CareLink Co-ordinator Stephane Yeo yesterday received a £5,000 donation from His Excellency the Governor Sir Ben Bathurst and Lady Kate Bathurst.  

A statement from CareLink follows below:

Upon receipt of the donation Mrs. Yeo expressed, “This generous contribution will enable us to extend our reach throughout Gibraltar and provide greater assistance to families in  need. It will also allow us to purchase larger items of baby equipment that families require  support with.  

We are profoundly grateful to His Excellency the Governor, Lady Bathurst, and all the  corporate entities which contributed to this generous donation. Lastly, we wish to express  our gratitude to the public, whose support for the Convent Fair this year brought about an  impressive amount of funds for deserving causes.”
