Jun 16 - Man Charged Following Disturbance At Moorish Castle Estate

Following a disturbance at Moorish Castle Estate yesterday afternoon, a 41-year-old man has been arrested and charged.

Alan Boydon of Castle House, Moorish Castle Estate, has been charged with the following offences:

1) One count of Making Threats to Kill


2) Two counts of Assault occasioning Actual Bodily Harm

3) One count of Affray


4) One count of Criminal Damage

Boydon was detained in Police custody overnight and appeared before the Magistrates’ Court this morning.
