Oct 21 - Main Street Bubbles Man Arrested

A street busker who entertains children and pedestrians by blowing giant bubbles was arrested on suspicion of making a nuisance offence in the Cathedral area.
The man, a 23-year-old Polish national, was arrested and cautioned by the Royal Gibraltar Police yesterday.
Officers made the arrest following complaints received from members of the public.
