Sep 15 - More Than 100 Personnel Involved In The Search For Missing Person

The Royal Gibraltar Police is increasingly concerned about the welfare of 51- year-old Mark Joseph Santos who was last seen in the area of the Great Siege Tunnels in the Upper Rock shortly after midday on Thursday the 14th of September 2017.

Mark is about 1m 75cm in height, of a medium build, has green eyes and wears spectacles. He has grey hair. He is wearing a light blue polo shirt and beige shorts.

A spokesman for the RGP said: "Initial searches of the Upper Rock commenced last night and will continue this morning. Upwards of 100 personnel from the RGP, GDP, HM Customs, Gibraltar Fire and Rescue Service and Royal Gibraltar Regiment are involved in the search.

"Anyone with information on his current whereabouts should contact the Royal Gibraltar Police Control Room on +350 20072500 as soon as possible.

"Officers are also keen to speak to any member of the public who was in the area of the Great Siege Tunnels at around 12pm, yesterday, 14th of September as they could have valuable information. They should also contact the Royal Gibraltar Police Control Room on +350 20072500."
