Five Charged following Incident at Bahia Bar

Following Saturday’s incident at the Bahia Bar, the following have been charged as below:
Mark MACIAS (30) has been charged with:
- Discharging a Firearm
- Violent Disorder
- Possession of a prohibited weapon
- Possession of Cannabis
- Resisting Police
Callum BRAYSON (18) has been charged with:
- Causing Harm by Furious Driving
- Driving without insurance
- Driving without a licence
- Violent Disorder
Luie GAIVIZO (27) has been charged with:
- Violent Disorder
- Possession of an offensive weapon.
Daniel BATES (20) has been charged with:
- Violent Disorder
In addition, a 16-year-old juvenile has been charged with:
- Violent Disorder
All five have been remanded in police custody prior to appearing in court today. The RGP says the investigation is still ongoing and is likely to include other persons of interest.
