Jul 21 - Local Fined for Driving Under the Influence

Local, Arianna Cerisola was this morning fined £200 and disqualified from driving for 9 months, following charges of possession of a controlled drug and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Heard by Chief Justice Dudley, Miss Cerisola was told that her young age and lack of previous convictions would result in a reduced sentence. Represented by Chris Miles, Miss Cerisola pleaded guilty to the charge of driving under the influence, whilst the possession charge was withdrawn.
