A statement from the RGP follows below:

A short while later, Response Team officers responded to a report of several  individuals engaging in anti-social behaviour, including drugs and alcohol  consumption, which had escalated into a violent altercation involving several  individuals.

Upon arrival at Camp Bay, officers arrested a 39-year-old Spanish male, and 2  Spanish females aged 46 and 37, all on suspicion of Affray and Assault occasioning  Actual Bodily Harm. As a result of the incident, a female was conveyed to hospital to  be treated for a suspected dislocated knee.
