The Minister for Culture, Steven Linares has sent a message of best wishes on behalf of everyone in Gibraltar to Miss Gibraltar’s 1st Princess, Bianca Pisharello who is participating at the Miss International Pageant taking place in Japan tomorrow.

Mr Linares said: “On behalf of everyone in Gibraltar I wish you the very best of luck for Thursday’s Miss International Pageant. Everyone back home is extremely proud of you.”
