Tonight will see the return of the student phenomenon, ‘Wild Wednesdays’ at local nightclub, Sunset Gibraltar. The midweek night of madness promises cheap drinks and quality music.

Although the weekday night of choice was formally Thursdays, Wild Wednesday was launched three years ago in an effort to host a night solely for students who have returned home from studying in the UK.

The initiative latched on to other local bars and nightclubs and many now hold specific drink offers on Wednesday evenings. Next week celebrations for the third anniversary of the weekly event will be carried out.
