Jul 04 - Miss Gib Winners Collect Prize Money
The Minister for Culture, Steven Linares, presented cheques with a total value of £2,500 in respect of the prize money awarded to the winners of the Miss Gibraltar beauty pageant. The winners collected their prizes at the Ministry of Culture’s new premises in City Hall.
The Minister presented a £1,000 cheque to Miss Gibraltar 2014 Shyanne Azzopardi. Cheques were also presented to 1st Princess Kristy Torres, for £1,000 and 2nd Princess Claire Nunez for £500. Minister Linares wished Miss Gibraltar and her two princesses all the best in the year ahead.
