Jun 25 - Entertaining Summer Nights Programme Announced

Gibraltar Cultural Services, on behalf of the Ministry of Culture, has been working closely with GibMedia and Fresh Entertainment in order to provide a very entertaining programme for this year’s Summer Nights. The proposal presented by the event producers definitely points to the public being able to enjoy a varied number of activities.

The programme of events is as follows:

Saturday 11th July: Opening DJ/ The Show Dance Co. / Transitions Dance Co. /Katy Perry Tribute Act/ The Jazz Latin Trio

Thursday 16th July: Gibraltar’s Culture Night and Britain’s Got Talent featuring Calum Scott & Jonathan Lutwyche

Saturday 18th July: Musicals Under The Stars

Thursday 23rd July: Danza Academy /Santos Productions Choir/ The Trio

Saturday 25th July: Echoes of the 60s

Thursday 30th July: Comedy, Circus and Magic

Saturday 1st August: Kristian Celecia and The Soulmates

Thursday 6th August: The Performer’s Club and GBC Summer Karaoke

Saturday 8th August: Paddy Taylor/This Side Up and X Factor’s Luke Friend

Thursday 13th August:
 Gibraltar Talent Showcase

Saturday 15th August: Live in Concert – Headwires and Jetstream


Fun activities like face-painting, arts and crafts, jumping castles, workshops and market stalls will be provided every Thursday and Saturday night.

The Minister for Culture, Steven Linares, said:

“It gives me great pleasure to announce the 2015 Summer Nights. The varied programme lined up for over five weeks that comprise this year’s Summer Nights will, I am sure, provide entertainment for all.

“I would like to thank the organisers and all those groups, associations and individuals, who will be taking part in the different events and, in so doing, are providing Gibraltar with a diverse selection of quality entertainment.

I wish you all, residents and visitors alike, an enjoyable and entertaining Summer Nights 2015.”

Summer Nights 2015 will be held every Thursday and Saturday from Saturday 11th July to Saturday 15th August 2015 at Casemates Square from 8.30pm to 11.30pm.
