The Chief Minister Fabian Picardo has written to the President of the Democratic Republic of Sri Lanka, the Honourable Maithripala Sirisena, to express the condolences of the Government and People of Gibraltar to Sri Lanka in the face of the horrific attacks perpetrated yesterday.
