Dec 19 - ECAS Invite New Complaints On Border Delays Experienced Since Commission Visit
The European Citizens Action Service (ECAS) has been invited by the European Commission to provide additional comments on the delays at the land frontier between Gibraltar and Spain by 6th January 2014.
Persons who have previously complained to ECAS have been asked by email to submit any further experiences of delays at the border since the European Commission's monitoring visit took place in September.
This avenue of complaint is also open to anyone who has experienced lengthy delays or searches at the border. It is particularly important to include new information like delays to pedestrians or commercial vehicles.
The Government has already sent over 700 complaints received through the website. This information can be sent to ECAS by email on [email protected]
