Dec 20 - MEP Graham Watson helps EU Commission Letter to Spain become public
On his website earlier today, Sir Graham Watson published the letter that was written to the Spanish Government after the EU Commission's technical visit to the Gibraltar-Spain land frontier.
The letter was obtained by Sir Watson after making an "official 'access for documents' request under Regulation 1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents".
