Apr 04 - Met Office Issues Strong Wind Weather Warning – Flights Diverted

The Met Office has issued a weather warning as southwesterly gusts of up to 35 knots (65km/h) are expected to hit the Rock during the afternoon and early evening.

Rain is also expected shortly although the day has been largely dry so far.

Flights Diverted:

Both the British Airways and EasyJet morning / lunchtime flights were diverted to Malaga because of difficult landing conditions.
