Jul 20 - Companies House Launches New Website And Introduces “e-Monitoring Service”
Companies House Gibraltar has launched its new website. With a “modern and clean look” the “new and much improved” website has been designed with the user in mind.
With this new website Companies House Gibraltar also brings to you the latest addition to its e- Registry platform: the e-Monitoring Service.
The e-Monitoring Service is a system of notification via automated email which is available to all holders of a web account with Companies House Gibraltar with a current subscription. The system sends an automated email notification to its users, in relation to any company or companies that they have chosen to monitor, in each of the following circumstances:
- On the annual return date of a monitored company;
- 30 days prior to the due date for filing the annual accounts of a monitored company;
- When any document is filed for a monitored company; and
- When the status of a monitored company changes (e.g. strike-off or liquidation proceedings commenced, struck off, liquidated, ceased, etc.).
Subscribers to the e-Registry Service may monitor up to 5 companies free of charge. Any subscriber wishing to monitor more than 5 companies concurrently may do so subject to payment of a nominal fee. For only £1 per year, subscribers to the e-Filing Service may monitor via the e- Filing Section any of the companies in which they are registered as an active director or secretary. For any company selected for monitoring via the main e-Registry section, subscribers will be charged a fee of only £10 per year. For more information on this new service please refer to the Companies House e-Monitoring Circular.
A statement concluded: “Companies House Gibraltar continues to develop and implement new features to the e-Registry to stay at the forefront of e-Services in Gibraltar, offering the best service possible to its users.”
