GFSC Referral Policy Amended To Allow Pre-Authorization Use Of "Fund" In Company Names

After consultation between the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC) and the Gibraltar Funds and Investments Association (GFIA) the name approval process has been amended to allow for the use of the word “fund” prior to authorisation as in the past subject to anti-abuse conditions.
